Located high on the hill near beautiful Cocora Beach & with stunning views of Twofold Bay, this beach side house sleeps 8. The house is situated in one of the most sought after locations in Eden.
The main level of this 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house has flat access from the car parking area and a huge verandah spanning the front of the house providing beautiful views of the bay. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level. The main bedroom has a king bed and ensuite access to the main bathroom. The second bedroom is across the hall and has 2 x single beds (perfect for children).
The house boasts a large kitchen with all the mod cons (e.g., dishwasher and coffee pod machine). The dining table seats 8 comfortably and the kitchen/family area is also home to both reverse cycle air-conditioning and a wood heater. There is a laundry with washing machine, clothes dryer and a 4th toilet. You can also make use of the cot and high chair.
The lounge room is large, bright and light with a large flat screen tv, unlimited wifi, water views and access onto the veranda with uninterrupted bay views.
There is also a spacious sitting room that connects both living spaces and is an ideal spot to sit with a coffee and watch the the whales pass by, cruise ships or the boats across the bay at the chip mill.
Larger groups can take advantage of the 3rd and 4th bedrooms that are located upstairs. The 3rd bedroom has a king bed, desk, and an incredible ensuite with a claw foot bath on a platform which overlooks the incredible bay. Bedroom 4 also boasts a desk, ensuite, and king bed. Both upstairs bedrooms have their own wall mounted TV’s, reverse cycle air-conditioning, ceiling fans & seating to relax with a good book.
Not only are the views spectacular from the huge front veranda, but it is the perfect spot for outdoor entertaining. With outdoor seating and a BBQ, what more could you want.
Whale Cove Circuit backs on to the National Reserve which means there is an abundance of wildlife. There is ample off street parking as well as a huge double garage.
